Terms of Service

Rogue Software

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Rogue website or using Rogue Software ("Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Rogue Software.

2. Description of Service

Rogue Software provides point-of-sale (POS) software designed for businesses such as pawn shops, retail stores, and other service industries.

Features may include:

  • Pawn loan management
     
  • Inventory tracking
     
  • Customer profiles
     
  • Payment terminal integration
     
  • Reporting and transaction tracking
     

Rogue Software may update or modify features at any time.

3. Business Use Only

Rogue Software is intended for commercial use by licensed businesses.

Users are responsible for complying with:

  • Local laws
     
  • Pawn industry regulations
     
  • Customer identification laws
     
  • Reporting requirements
     

Rogue Software is not responsible for regulatory compliance of the business using the software.

4. User Responsibilities

Businesses using Rogue agree to:

  • Maintain accurate records
     
  • Protect customer data
     
  • Use the software legally
     
  • Maintain secure systems
     
  • Ensure employees use the software responsibly
     

Users are responsible for all activity performed through their Rogue installation.

 

Users may not use Rogue for:

  • illegal transactions
     
  • stolen goods sales
     
  • fraudulent activity
     
  • violating state pawn regulations


 Rogue Software is a tool used by businesses to manage transactions. Businesses remain fully responsible for all records, customer identification, and regulatory reporting. 

5. Payment Processing

Rogue may integrate with third-party payment processors including Authorize.net.

Rogue Software does not store or control payment processing systems. All payment processing is handled by the payment provider.

Users must comply with the payment processor's terms and security requirements.

6. Software Availability

Rogue Software is provided "as is" and "as available."

While we aim to provide reliable software, Rogue does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service
     
  • error-free operation
     
  • compatibility with all hardware or systems
     

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogue Software shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits
     
  • lost data
     
  • business interruption
     
  • financial loss
     
  • customer disputes
     
  • regulatory penalties
     

arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Intellectual Property

All Rogue Software components including:

  • code
     
  • branding
     
  • logos
     
  • design
     
  • software architecture
     

are the property of Rogue Software and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Termination

Rogue reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the software if users violate these Terms of Service or the software license agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

Rogue may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of the software indicates acceptance of updated terms.
